A house of atelier
Syntavelli is the premium fashion concern of the Sol Fortune 15. Our lunar ateliers produce fabric in quantities that can be measured, and garments in quantities that cannot.
The House operates under a single editorial principle:
There is no such thing as a casual garment.
Provenance
Fabric weaving is performed at the Moon facility, whose zero-gravity looms produce textiles no planetary atelier can replicate. Mana-reactor spinning, nil-crease finishing and climatic resilience are standard across the House’s production. A Syntavelli piece is expected to leave the loom correct and remain correct for the life of the garment — through weather, through wear, through circumstance.
The House does not issue care instructions.
Signature line — Corazza-X
Luxury. Combat-ready.
Corazza-X is the House’s flagship outerwear programme. The retail cut is a fashion garment with a tactical silhouette — armour-adjacent in line and panelling, but not rated or sold as personal protection. The House is explicit on this point in every commission brief.
Visual signature: geometric panelling cut to catch light, shifting between deep blue and black as the wearer moves. Alternate colourways are accepted on commission; unstable hues are declined.
What the retail line does carry is the standard House enchantment suite:
- Self-cleaning — dust, contaminant film and light staining discharge at a gesture or on a timed interval.
- Self-repairing — minor abrasions, seam stress and pilling resolve without atelier return.
- Nil-crease finish — the garment holds the cut it left the loom with.
- Climatic resilience — weather-sealed against standard atmospheric interference.
Colour may be specified at commission; the House declines to produce unstable hues. Corazza-X is issued to clients of record only. The House does not publish a retail price.
House note on custom commissions
A limited number of Corazza-X pieces are produced under private commission for members of the House’s lineage, with features that are not offered through the retail programme — including dimensional interior stowage capable of carrying personal armaments. These pieces are not listed, are not priced, and are not reproduced.
Retail presentation
The House maintains a selective retail presence on Inner-Planet orbital stations. The flagship corridor at Lutivex Orbital is representative: double-fronted, amber-lit, and laid out on the understanding that empty floor area is a feature, not an oversight. Pieces are shown on individual pedestals under directed lighting with hovering holographic placards; line, colourway and price are disclosed in that order, in that manner.
The House’s service model is articulated in the Syntavelli Retail Training Manual:
Premium retail associates are trained to evaluate customer purchasing potential within three seconds of entry. Accuracy rates exceed 70%. The remaining 30% drives most customer complaint filings.
Associates are not required to greet, and are not required to make eye contact. The House does not consider this a defect.
Orbital flagships operate under the tax regime of their host station, which in the case of Lutivex Orbital means tax-free retail. The House does not advertise this; the House assumes the client is aware.
Executive Social Training
The House maintains a parallel programme for executive clients. The Syntavelli Executive Social Training curriculum covers courtship of attention, containment of disclosure, and the standard repertoire of corpo-nuevo — the unified formal dance of corpo society, practised across every SF15 line and their subsidiaries:
Corpo-nuevo blends seventeen traditional forms into something no culture recognises and every corporation accepts. — Syntavelli, Executive Social Training
The House teaches the idiom. The House does not claim to own it.
Admission is by invitation. Graduation is not acknowledged in public.
Off-shelf presence
A Corazza piece two seasons out of rotation remains recognisable, remains in operating condition, and continues to identify its wearer. The House regards this as a feature of the garment, not a deficiency of the season.
Subsidiaries & ateliers
The House maintains a federation of specialist ateliers. Known members:
- Lunaris Group (subsidiary) — Luna fabric synthesis and export. Mana-reactor weaving halls.
- Firefly Atelier (subsidiary) — bespoke holo-print commissions, Central District, Tago.
House lineage
Founded by Syntavelli — one of the fifteen post-apocalypse founders of the Sol Fortune 15 — whose reconstruction-era couture shaped the silhouette of the rebuilt Sol economy. In keeping with the convention observed across the Fifteen, the House carries its founder’s surname unaltered.
The Founder remains the editorial authority of the House. Day-to-day direction is vested in the family line. No likeness of the Founder is in public circulation.
